Our Mission

Common Earth Community Garden is established to

grow and distribute vegetables, provide a source of 
wholesome food to local food banks, provide 
nutritional and cultural education for youth, a place 
of fellowship for multigenerational families, and 
outreach to our diverse neighbors on this shared 
common earth.

Joining our Garden

Garden plots are available for the 2019 growing season!

If you are interested in gardening and would like a plot in Common Earth Community Garden, please contact us either through this website or email us at: commonearthcommgarden@gmail.com.


General Info:


Plot Costs - $50/season for a 10x15 and $25/season for a raised bed. Plus $25 for D.U.G. membership.


Plot Assignment - Plots will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.  If there are no plots currently available, you can have your name added to our wait list for when one does become available.


Volunteer Requirements - As a gardener, you will be expected to volunteer a specified number of hours each season.  Specifics will be outlined for you when you fill out your paperwork or see Gardener Expectations info under Gardener Policies & Procedures.


Steering Committee - If you would like to be more involved in the planning/running of the garden, we would love to have you join our CECG Steering Committee!
